Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LoopGantt at loopgantt.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Loopends Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

Description of Service

LoopGantt is a web-based project management tool that provides interactive Gantt chart scheduling with AI-powered project generation. The Service includes task management, dependency modeling with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, baseline comparison, project templates, data import/export, and AI-assisted project planning.

Service Tiers

Free Tier

The free tier includes:

  • Up to 5 projects
  • Up to 10 AI-powered project generations per day
  • Unlimited tasks per project
  • Full scheduling engine with Critical Path Method
  • All 4 dependency types (FS, SS, FF, SF) with lag/lead time
  • 24 industry templates across 8 categories
  • JSON and CSV import/export
  • Dark and light mode

Pro Tier — $5.99/month or $49.99/year

The Pro tier includes everything in Free, plus:

  • Unlimited projects
  • Up to 50 AI-powered project generations per day
  • Baseline comparison and schedule tracking
  • Custom work calendars with holidays and exceptions
  • Watermark-free PNG and PDF exports
  • Word document export

Billing and Cancellation

Pro tier subscriptions are billed monthly ($5.99/month) or yearly ($49.99/year) through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

If your account reverts to the free tier and you have more than 5 projects, your existing projects are preserved but you will not be able to create new ones until you are within the free tier limit.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is intended for use by a single individual. Sharing account credentials is not permitted.

You must provide a valid email address when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, contact us immediately at support@loopgantt.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, our systems, or our third-party providers’ systems.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond any published API, or in a manner that places undue load on our infrastructure.
  • Upload or generate content that is malicious, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical restrictions of the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

AI-Generated Content

LoopGantt’s AI project generation feature creates task structures, estimated durations, and dependency relationships based on your project description. This output is generated by a large language model and should be treated as a starting point, not a definitive plan.

Important: AI-generated task durations, dependencies, and structures are estimates based on general patterns. They may not reflect the specific requirements, constraints, or complexities of your actual project. You are responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it for project planning or decision-making.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated project plans for any particular purpose.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all project data you create in LoopGantt, including tasks, schedules, dependencies, and any other content you enter. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your project data.

You can export your data at any time in JSON or CSV format. We will not use your project data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Anonymous Projects

Projects created without an account are considered anonymous and are automatically deleted after 30 days. We do not guarantee persistence of anonymous project data. If you want to keep your projects long-term, create a free account and claim your anonymous projects.

Anonymous project access is based on browser session. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, you may lose access to anonymous projects.

Intellectual Property

The LoopGantt name, logo, visual design, user interface, scheduling algorithms, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of Loopends Studios. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service’s design or codebase without our written permission.

This does not restrict your rights to the project data you create using the Service, which remains yours as described in the Data Ownership section above.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for any decisions you make based on schedules, timelines, critical path calculations, or AI-generated content produced by the Service. Project management involves inherent uncertainty, and the Service is a planning tool—not a guarantee of project outcomes.

In no event shall Loopends Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Termination

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at support@loopgantt.com. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or place excessive load on our infrastructure. If we suspend your account, we will attempt to notify you by email and provide an opportunity to export your data, except in cases of severe abuse.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Loopends Studios regarding the Service or these Terms, we encourage you to first contact us at support@loopgantt.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. If informal resolution is not possible, both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.

Any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
