What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is always yours. If you downgrade, you keep all existing projects but cannot create new ones beyond the free limit. Nothing is ever deleted.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. During the 7-day free trial you can cancel for free with no charge. After the trial, you can still cancel at any time — monthly or yearly — and you'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.

What are AI generations?

Each time you generate a schedule — from a plain-English description, a photo or whiteboard sketch, or a spreadsheet — that counts as one AI generation. Free users get 2 per day, Pro users get 50.

What are AI schedule insights?

AI schedule insights are a Pro feature that analyzes your project and surfaces risks, optimization opportunities, and recommended next actions. Results are cached for 24 hours, so reviewing the same unchanged schedule again does not use an additional generation.

Can I try Pro features before upgrading?

Yes — every new Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You get full Pro access during the trial; if you cancel before day 7 you are not charged. The free tier itself also includes most features: Gantt charts, critical path analysis, AI planning (2/day), cloud sync, and exports (with watermark). Pro adds unlimited projects, baselines, custom calendars, watermark-free exports, and Word export.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing is $49.99/year — about 30% off the monthly price. That's just $4.17/month.

Do I need to create an account?
